In the final stages of completing she was very helpful in getting it sorted, dealing with both solicitors and clients in a long chain of six! Always professional, kind and supportive throughout the process, with many phone calls and reassuring explanations. Our thanks especially to Heidi and all the team at Simon Blyth in Lindley who we would thoroughly recommend.

12th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)As the New Year began, I approached W H Brown’s team at their Morley branch to take up the challenge of helping me to secure a sale on my property in 2026. Their energy, enthusiasm, drive, professionalism and very personable approach throughout the whole process was a real confidence booster and bolstered my belief that I’d get a positive outcome. In just over 2 months a buyer has been secured and the sale has been completed. Many thanks to the Morley team, with a special mention for Oli, Laura and Paige for being on point from start to finish.

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Paisley Properties (Almondbury Office) were the Estate Agents who handled both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We would like to thank the staff who we dealt with regularly – James, Hazel, Amber-Rose and Andrew for making both processes go smoothly and with a minimum of stress (although there is always some). They were always friendly, professional and knowledgeable whenever we contacted them for help or advice. And when an issue arose with the house we were purchasing they gave us very helpful advice on finding good electricians and a moving/storage company that enabled us to continue the process with the minimum of fuss. 10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.- 20th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)The Boston Spa team at Monroe have been wonderful throughout our sale and purchase. As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not the kind of person to bother writing reviews, however, I feel that my experience with Home and Manor has been the best I’ve had to date and I’ve bought and sold quite a few houses over the years. From the very start of the process Kelly came out to value my property and I feel she got the valuation spot on but in addition to that she impressed me with her experience and drive. She convinced me that Home and Manor would provide a first class service. I managed to sell my property for asking price and throughout, I have been kept in the loop at every stage. From viewings to offers everything was kept stream lined with excellent communication from Alex, Amanda, Jack and Lexie. The sale progression has also been amazing with Laura Oldroyd, keeping me updated every week. Over all I think they are absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone.
