From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

From the moment we dealt with Aidan Flynn, the Branch Manager, and Angela Morse, that feeling completely changed.<br><br>Aidan was absolutely fantastic in going through so much relevant data to help us get set up. He was professional, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Angela was equally brilliant and went above and beyond to help us find our onward move, which took a huge amount of pressure off our shoulders.<br><br>There were moments when the whole process felt overwhelming with some solicitor/chain delays, but having Aidan and Angela there made us feel like we weren’t dealing with everything alone. They kept us informed, listened to us and always did everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>After the experience we’d had previously, we had honestly lost a lot of faith in estate agents. Aidan and Angela completely restored that faith. Email times and callbacks have been stellar, I've had all my issues and questions seen to, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell, rent or be a tennant. It was Mica Fant that helped me the most during this process, she was amazing when it came to answering my questions, and getting everything sorted!<br><br>Thanks you guys!

Communication was handled promptly, and I found everyone helpful whenever I needed clarification or assistance. 15th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.

We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
