30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

Made so much smoother by the care shown to us from the agency, of note Antonia. What a gem she is. Thanks again to her and the others, would recommend!

Their exemplary organisation and communication skills (both critical for selling and buying properties) were outstanding. Everyone we dealt with at Hamptons was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jon for the swift marketing and sale of our old property and for helping us to secure our beautiful new home! Recommended without hesitation.

7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Northwood Wokingham have been with me at every step of the way from 2005 when I first became a buy to let Landlord right up until 2025 when I finally retired and they sold both of the rental properties they had managed for me for the last 20 years. With my first 2 properties in the area, I signed up to their Platinum scheme and the team fully managed the properties with a guaranteed rental income for me irrespective of any potential voids between tenants. This was perfect for me in the early days when I was new to the rental business, needed a guaranteed hassle free income whilst I worked full time. As the years progressed and my property portfolio grew, I moved to the standard managed package. I was working with other agents outside Berkshire with my other properties and was always impressed with how Northwood’s standard of service, property maintenance , property inspections and attention to detail was so much better than elsewhere. Denise, Julie and the team were always happy to help resolve issues as they arose and give practical advice. Fast forward to 2024-25 and I decided to sell my properties, Denise and Julie were who I turned to provide expert advice and guidance through the 2 successful sales. I recommend the team at Northwood very highly both for Landlords (and tenants) as well as for property sales.

The sales progressor, Jane, was especially helpful and supportive from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but Jane kept everything moving smoothly and made sure I was updated regularly. She was always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Her communication and attention to detail really helped make the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, and Jane’s support as sales progressor made a real difference.

28th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)What an amazing level of service from Mackenzie Smith in Yateley & all the team there in! Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!
