An excellent service was provided by Abbotts from the beginning to the end of our chain. Our main dealings were with Ellie and Kelly who were both friendly and professional throughout and ensured that we were kept up to date with progress reports. Our house was sold within two weeks of instructing Abbotts which is testament to the hard work that these guys put in. An open day was arranged which had numerous attendees from which we received multiple offers in excess of our asking price; with their local knowledge and an impressive amount of research put in, Abbotts were finally able to get us £7000 in excess of what we were expecting! Going above and beyond what was expected after our sale had been agreed, Ellie continued to help us through the whole process of completing what became quite a complicated chain; without her help and guidance, I am unsure as to whether our upwards chain would have completed at all. All in all, I couldn't recommend Abbotts Taverham any more, their local knowledge paired with their friendly team mean that they will be our go-to guys if ever we need to use an estate agent again.

I came by Abbots as a buyer, and now would not use anyone else to sell my house in the future. The team were so professional, completely fair and neutral to both sides and no matter how (very) demanding we were, showed complete professionalism at all times, to say I'm impressed is an understatement. They really did everything in their power for the seller to help sell the property under some very challenging circumstances, and worked tirelessly with both sides of the chain to reach the fantastic final outcome we all achieved as a team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had to relocate to a different area. Through this process I must say, we must all agree how stressful it can be to find a buyer, prepare a house for viewing and go through the chain and to find a new home which makes all the hassles worth while. Abbott's have not only provided good advise and handled numerous questions with confidence and courtesy, during this transition but become known to me as individuals I would welcome to share a glass or two to celebrate 'completion'. Both Ann Marie Rowland and Holly McCarthy have always been available to help. Without Ann Marie's help we would still be trying to sort out a mess to do with repairs to the property that were difficult to discover and sort out.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Martin, Jean-Pierre and Antoinette at the Bromley branch for the fantastic service I received when selling my flat. Martin in particular was a star and I don't think it would have happened without him, as I had a spectacularly useless legal team to deal with, causing major problems all round. In the last couple of weeks I think he did more work than my solicitors had done in months, dealing with conveyancing issues on both sides and yet he somehow managed to keep his sense of humour! As soon as the property was on the market, they had arranged several viewings. They were excellent at following up on feedback and relaying that back, and when the initial buyers fell through they had the property back on the market and sold again over a weekend! Considering I was initially going to take the online-only route, I'm very pleased I went with them. Exceptional service all round - I highly recommend!! Thanks guys.

Being first time buyers and not knowing too much about this whole process, Alex made it really easy for us and helped a lot, whether it was explaining what was happening, what we should be doing next or giving us advice on how to speed things up. Really poor service. I made appointment with the manager Holy last week for today 12noon. Less than 2 hours before they cancel it!!! And there is no one else in the company to give a valuation! Shocking They used to be a good, reputable company, they are time wasters now, don't give a damn about clients.
