Say "estate agents" and the normal response is a derisory snort of dismay???? Say "I'm selling my house" and family and friends provide hair raising tales of woe and disaster???? And my sale?......... Well it was a series of set backs, solicitors, stalemates, sulks and spiders........????
But tucked in Taverham is a tiny troupe; a tenacious, talented, tireless and tolerant team whom throughout the entire escapade that was the sale of my property delivered a solicitous service, a solidarity of support, an "above and beyond" level of expertise and a degree of professionalism that shows all is not lost in this sometimes not entirely reputable field of service????
And because of their sterling, gold plated, extra mile dedication this small band, this squad, this crew of three gals and a guy are more than deserving of my award of a standing ovation????, of the prestigious public posting of FIVE stars???? on their website and of course a huge and personal "Thank you!"????

I have used Countrywide Mortgage Services several times now, and every time it has been a pleasant and straight forward experience. I have just remortgaged and the help, advice and deal that Shane obtained for us was brilliant. Correspondence with Shane was always dealt with very quickly and he was always available if we needed advice. This is a lot better service than going through a bank/building society. Would definitely recommend their services without hesitation.

An excellent service was provided by Abbotts from the beginning to the end of our chain. Our main dealings were with Ellie and Kelly who were both friendly and professional throughout and ensured that we were kept up to date with progress reports. Our house was sold within two weeks of instructing Abbotts which is testament to the hard work that these guys put in. An open day was arranged which had numerous attendees from which we received multiple offers in excess of our asking price; with their local knowledge and an impressive amount of research put in, Abbotts were finally able to get us £7000 in excess of what we were expecting! Going above and beyond what was expected after our sale had been agreed, Ellie continued to help us through the whole process of completing what became quite a complicated chain; without her help and guidance, I am unsure as to whether our upwards chain would have completed at all. All in all, I couldn't recommend Abbotts Taverham any more, their local knowledge paired with their friendly team mean that they will be our go-to guys if ever we need to use an estate agent again.

Brilliant service, I use Damian and Jess to let out all 5 of my properties, each let has been quick and stress free. All the tenants have been full time working professionals and always look after the property like their own! The team at Abbotts are very knowledgeable and have a great knowledge of the local area, they have always been so helpful with any questions I may have. I would defiantly recommend the fully managed service.

Unprofessional and rude! Had a viewing with the woman called Jessica who first of all totally forgot about our scheduled appointment! So after calling many times managed to rescheduled for later in the day. This is after we has driven 20 miles to come and view the property. When we did arrive for the viewing with. We were told to wait outside while the property was being viewed by someone else, so with her running late was running, that meant we were running late into our own plans too! There was no apology or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion.
Apon finally viewing this house and asking questions about the property - she didn’t have a clue and didn’t know anything about the house! Her favourite line and only answer was ‘Errmmm I don’t know’.This is not what is expected when you are viewing any property.
We really liked the house, but this whole experience put us off completely and we decided not to go any further. Very disappointed! Abbot's might be wise to consider sending her on any future vewings!
