Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns.
What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons.
Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates.
The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain.
Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events.
Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

I couldn’t recommend my mortgage broker, Oliver Wilson, highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process was completely new to me, but Oliver has made the entire experience feel straightforward and far less daunting than I expected.<br>From our very first conversation, Oliver has been friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. He has taken the time to explain every stage clearly, answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process.<br>From securing my Decision in Principle and finding the right lender, through to submitting my full application and receiving my formal mortgage offer, everything has progressed incredibly smoothly.<br>Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having a mortgage broker you can trust and who genuinely supports you throughout the process makes such a difference.<br>A huge thank you to Oliver for all the help and support so far.

I cannot recommend Rose highly enough! From the moment I viewed the property, she was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful.<br><br>What stood out most was how much she cared about making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. I used Abbotts Rochford to sell my property 17 years after purchasing my property through them.From day one Ben kept me updated on potential buyers and despite delays at my end the whole process went through smoothly.I was very pleased I chose to use Abbotts again and grateful to Ben for a first class service.

I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

I have had the most positive experience with Abbotts. I was very new to the renting process after owning for many years. So understandably very daunting. I was made to feel that they cared and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Rhesa has been a tower of strength from her help and advice and literal hand holding throughout. She has been so empathetic and upfront. The process was smooth and very quick. If I could describe the perfect Letting Agent, it would be her! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, undoubtedly!
