Entwistle's Property Management Services have consistently kept my properties occupied with reliable Tenants with very short vacancy periods in-between. Property inspections are conducted whenever needed and are thorough and detailed.
The Property Manager Mandy Boot ensures that maintenance issues are raised quickly and communicated clearly, and typically resolved in good time. Sometimes it would be nice to get more detailed feedback about what work has been done and when it was completed.
Overall a very good management company with great strengths.

I gave one star rating as that is fair.
When they valued the house they said they had a list of people waiting to move into the area.
The first viewers they sent wanted an annexe, which we did not have.
The second viewer wanted the house and ended up buying it.
Then they sent a photographer to take pictures and put the house on the internet.
The pictures were very poor and did not do the house justice, even the people who bought it said that had they seen the pictures first they wouldn't have bothered viewing. Despite telling them they were poor and there was no picture of the 4th bedroom they didn't change them.
There was very little communication from them and once the price was agreed we never heard from them again, they never checked on progress etc. For this poor service the cost was £6000.00p.
Think twice, I would not recommend them.
They conveniently cannot find me on their client list, nice one.

Terrible terrible service. My house has been for sale with these people for over a year, I’ve had to chase constantly for updates, been passed around due to staff changes. One member of staff told me his colleague had priced the house wrong and that had meant we didn’t sell at the beginning which then ruined our chances of selling at all. Shrugged and said nothing I can do about it now. Was promised a marketing campaign to try and pull it round, nothing happened, turned out the person dealing with it had left and no one has bothered to tell me or pick it up. Do not use.

I encountered Old Swan Entwistle Green in early October 2025 and the sale was concluded just days ago. Nothing was too much trouble during that period. And I highly recommend the team there.

I often pop into Entwistle green if I am in the area , they are brilliant in there, I'm always looking for a property right for me however still can't part with the house I own to rent. It's good and exciting to see what's on the market , Sharn always goes above and beyond to help me and always has a smile on her face. I am also pleased with kylie she always has a great laugh with me whilst we look at what's best suited for me. Thankyou
