I started my property purchase only a few months ago through Entwistle Green Leyland. From the start the lovely staff were easy to get hold of and communicate with.<br><br>Charlotte was especially good with helping me through the initial offer for the property and then Charlotte and Helen again were great support when the seller needed a bit of a nudge to get the sale over the line.<br><br>I am hoping to purchase more property and would definitely deal with this branch again, the team are brilliant.<br><br>The solicitors recommended by this branch were also great.

We contacted Entwistle Green regarding a detached bungalow that was for sale near the centre of Westhoughton....Claire Wright was the lead contact for the purpose and we have to say that without her tireless and professional support we wouldn't have ended living there now.
The property we were leaving took 7 months to process and we felt many times that we would lose purchasing the bungalow.
Claire was the " go between" in terms of comms with the seller and ourselves and as a result of her tenacity we managed to complete the purchase and are settling in now.
So massive thanks to Claire.
But we also have to say " thank you" to other members of the team in the Westhoughton office as they too were always friendly and professional when we had the need to contact them and Claire was out of the office.
Would continue to and have already recommended Entwistle Green to others..

Gary and the team have been amazing during the process of selling our home. The communication between us and the team has been fantastic (this was a really important point for me.)<br>They truly did everything they could to get us the best outcome, they put so much dedication and commitment into selling our home. I have great pleasure in thanking the team Sadie, Lucy, Ella and Chris. They worked so hard completing a sale on my property. Always calling on a regular basis with an update on how things were going. Always positive friendly and helpful if I had any questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone embarking on selling their property it can be stressful at the best of times but they certainly make it as easy and less complicated as possible . Not time to say much.
But it took a whole year to sell my house. No fault of the agent ( just a slow market at this time)
But all staff professional, friendly & always contactable.
They seem to work very well as a team

We have a property managed by Entwistle Green Lettings in Lancaster and can highly recommend them . Yoanna keeps in constant contact with us and deals with any issues arising at the property promptly, obtaining very competitive quotations for repairs / replacement items etc. In summary, a really professional and friendly service.

We recently bought our first home through this branch and they were fantastic from start to finish, Cerys made the experience easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this estate agent, and will be using them again in the future.
