Entwistle's Property Management Services have consistently kept my properties occupied with reliable Tenants with very short vacancy periods in-between. Property inspections are conducted whenever needed and are thorough and detailed.
The Property Manager Mandy Boot ensures that maintenance issues are raised quickly and communicated clearly, and typically resolved in good time. Sometimes it would be nice to get more detailed feedback about what work has been done and when it was completed.
Overall a very good management company with great strengths.

I gave one star rating as that is fair.
When they valued the house they said they had a list of people waiting to move into the area.
The first viewers they sent wanted an annexe, which we did not have.
The second viewer wanted the house and ended up buying it.
Then they sent a photographer to take pictures and put the house on the internet.
The pictures were very poor and did not do the house justice, even the people who bought it said that had they seen the pictures first they wouldn't have bothered viewing. Despite telling them they were poor and there was no picture of the 4th bedroom they didn't change them.
There was very little communication from them and once the price was agreed we never heard from them again, they never checked on progress etc. For this poor service the cost was £6000.00p.
Think twice, I would not recommend them.
They conveniently cannot find me on their client list, nice one.

Although we ultimately did not choose Entwistle Green, due to a three-way family decision, I cannot speak highly enough of Sam Coleman.
From our first meeting, he was professional, approachable and genuinely supportive throughout what was a very emotional process involving the sale of my late parents’ home.
Sam took the time to explain everything clearly, never made us feel pressured and treated the situation with real care and understanding.
His communication was excellent throughout and he struck the right balance between professionalism and empathy.
In all honesty, based purely on my own experience dealing with him, he would have been my preferred choice.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, respectful and easy to deal with during a difficult time.

What a great team to work with, so friendly and helpful. Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Val & Ian Perry
