Talk about harass a person who you're not even selling the house for!
So I did a PX with Barrett Homes and they chose these clowns,to sell my house, so far, I have had weekly phone calls, the new buyer wants to measure to carpet, bring a joiner round, wanted to send the new buyer round unaccompanied, Barrett's don't even own my home to sell yet...

We are renting out our property and have decided to appoint Bridgfords in Chorley as our letting agent because their service (from rental valuation to viewings) so far has been excellent. From the moment I placed my Enquiry on their website, the team (Lyndsy, Katie and Adrian) has been proactive, friendly and helpful. Adrian, one of the letting negotiators who I have been communicating with has been helpful, patient and professional. He has helped me with all the questions and concerns I have had. The team certainly has the knowledge in what they are doing. Thank you.

When I started searching for an apartment in York, Bridgfords was my best experience by far. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and Leeha was excellent throughout the rental process. 10/10 - if anyone moves to York, I recommend Leeha at Bridgfords.

We had a property fall through with Bridgfords, it was managed terribly as we got a call from Brigfords asking why things were taking so long and why we weren’t putting more pressure on the sellers - it turned out they’d called because the sellers had contacted her already to say they were pulling out because they wouldn’t be able to secure an onward purchase in time for their kid’s school.
The fact we could have known the seller had pulled out two weeks earlier was pretty devastating and I’m not sure what their plan was for us to reignite the deal without knowing it had fallen through, but instead we had to wait two weeks later when their solicitor replied confused to ours on a chaser that they had pulled out and had informed Brigfords so long ago.
Brigfords were pretty brazen when we called to ask about this and tried to sell us an auction property that was much lower quality.
