Ruth impressed us as soon as she entered our home!<br>A true proffesional and a lovely personality to match!<br>Her explanation of the selling process was very clear and she could see how much love and care had gone into our home.<br>She also made a special journey back on the Saturday to fill in the Agreement, rather than completing it online.<br>Many thanks Ruth, we would definitely recommend you to friends and family!

If possible, I would not even award them 1 star. Absolutely horrendous service when requesting information or updates about the sale of our late parents home. Numerous failed call returns, no response to emails, rude comments towards my grieving sister when they thought the phone call had ended, obnoxious attitude to our solicitor in the last days of the process when requesting costings for their "services". It is troubling to have to pay them a lot of money for very little in return!

Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.

Aww what can I say, had the best customer experience dealing with the staff at Bridgfords. I have to mention the absolute beautiful person Cathy is, inside and out. What a lady, from the moment I spoke to her, to the constant kind updates and down to completion, she has been amazing.<br>I felt like I knew her and was lovely to hear off her everytime.<br>Thank you Cathy for making the experience so warm and friendly. Moved to Bridgfords because another local estate agent had not secured many viewings in 3 months and/or sold our home. When the ladies at Bridgfords took over, they sold our home in 1 month. If you are serious about selling your home, these ladies are serious about selling it for you. I cannot speak highly enough of them and verbally recommend them to anyone selling a house.
