I sold my place through Richard, Millie and the rest of the team at Bridgefords, Withington and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m based in London, so I was worried about it being stressful, but thanks to their great communication and supportive attitude, everything went without a hitch.
I’m now sitting in my new flat in London, bought with the proceeds of my sale (and then some…) and this would not have been possible without the team handling everything up North with great efficiency. Huge thanks, and bravo!

We have recently sold a house following bereavement. John dealt with us with compassion and professionalism recommending sale by modern auction. This was simple and swift securing a sale within weeks. The legal side has been a bit drawn out but that is to be expected when complicated by wills and probate solicitors.

These guys were excellent with the sale of my house. Despite both sides solicitors dragging it out over a lengthy process Victoria was incredible.
