Sherie Clark is our Sales Negotiator assisting my family and I with our home purchase. We're beyond excited with this huge step into our life however without a professional advice ,expertise and extensive experience this could become quite overwhelming as well as losing precious time and also money.
Sherie has always been our superstar drive ,engaging herself with the whole process ,going above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs.Answering all questions, being contactable outside office hours.We highly appreciate her devotion to her job as she's been working and contactable on weekends or late afternoon/evenings to reply to my random questions. She recommended to us third parties needed to get involved in the whole process like solicitors, home buying survey agents,mortgage advisors etc and she's been chasing them on our behalf.
Sherie is highly professional, ambitious young lady,chasing opportunities, helping clients like us massively by being on point,keeping track on deadlines, she's a brilliant communicator ,able to approach individually customers .
What else can I say ? Really impressed with everything she does ,extremely helpful,reliable, pure gem making things easier ,being proactive and giving me peace of mind when the things are on the edge .She's just brilliant and we couldn't be any more grateful and lucky she is our advisor.

The staff are a great team especially Mark Waterfall.<br><br>Mark was our mortgage advisor he was exeptioinal, professional knowledgable and spoke in a way that i understood everything.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Mark i felt really cared and through him we got a great mortgage deal.<br><br>I would highly recomomend Mark to all my friends and family he is an absolute assett to your firm.<br><br>Thankyou Mark .

From my first meeting with Jamie I knew I had made the right choice for the estate agent to sell my property. The whole team were excellent, they were all very friendly and professional, and they sold my house in record time.

The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.

Lauren was so helpful when showing me around properties. She was really friendly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed (first-time buyer so this was ideal). Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for more from the great manager Claire and her team at the Folkestone branch of Bairstowe Eves Estate Agents. With their realistic valuation we received and accepted an offer in a matter of days. They were extremely attentive and made the process easy. We thoroughly recommend their conveyancing service.
