I had been trying to sell my house for several months. My previous agent was helpful enough, but they simply couldn't find a buyer who was ready and able to proceed.<br><br>From the moment I switched to Bairstow Eves (Rayleigh), the difference was obvious. On day one, they arranged for a professional photographer to take photos and a video of my home — and they'd already lined up two viewings with interested buyers. Both wanted to buy the house! During the viewing, the agent built a genuine rapport with the buyers, really understanding what my property had to offer.<br><br>Even after accepting an offer, their care didn't stop. Bairstow Eves has continued to liaise with everyone involved, actively chasing the paperwork to keep the sale moving.<br><br>All in all, I've been delighted with their professional service — both before and after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They called us themselves, arranged and confirmed property viewings, and then nobody from the agency showed up. We were left waiting with no explanation, and when we tried calling them, they didn’t answer.<br><br>This has happened to me multiple times, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off mistake. If you can’t organise a viewing properly or have someone actually turn up, don’t waste people’s time by booking appointments you have no intention of attending.<br><br>Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of customers’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency to anyone.

My friend and i moved in and moved out of our flat within 3 weeks due to a bed bug and rodent infestation, i would’ve thought that agencies carry out inspections of some sort but clearly not. Not only that but the property wasn't even cleaned and requests that had been ‘done’ were in fact not, landlord and agency couldn't have cared less about providing a maintenance check AT ALLLL to make sure things were in order for our move in, unbelievably disappointing. Once i got in touch with the agency most things were “out of their hands” ?????? 10/10 service truly
