Totally poor!!! I don't want to give a one star!!! Avoid this branch only one week advertisement and suddenly withdrawn with nothing to exploded,,for a 4weeks!!! So disappointed!!!

Dealt with Rodrigo and Joey, both perfectly capable and professional individuals who helped me secure a studio apartment promptly and ensured that paperwork was efficiently dealt with.<br><br>On the move in day I collected keys and the apartment was filthy and infested with cockroaches! I went back to the agent’s office and asked them to provide me with alternative accommodation and they claimed they couldn’t. I also asked them to refund my moving costs of £180 and they refused. I have battled for over 1 week trying to recover my £180 and am still waiting for my deposit and first months rent to be returned which is in excess of £3000.00!!<br><br>Happy to take my business but Barnard Marcus your aftercare, empathy and attitude towards a new client who could have ended up homeless is shameful! I have given you several opportunities to compensate me or even reimburse as a goodwill gesture only to be given responses such as “we are also out of pocket”!<br><br>I leave the very short relationship I had with you bitterly disappointed!!

Excellent service from Barnard Marcus delivering 1st class service by Ronniel who found me my rental property, taking time and effort to find my perfect home. I would most definitely use them again as received updates and great customer service hence the 5 stars.

We had an outstanding experience with Liam and Abidul at Barnard Marcus. From start to finish, they were warm, professional and incredibly proactive. Communication was excellent throughout: they kept us fully updated, responded promptly to every question and worked tirelessly to achieve the price we wanted.<br><br>Their dedication and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made the entire sale feel far less stressful than we had anticipated. Yvette White of Barnard Marcus was just amazing so helpful and kind when she came to do the valuation. We had other work going on but she was very understanding and patient.<br>Yvette Was meant to be away the following week but made sure we got the appraisal before she went away.<br>Really admire her professionalism.<br>Also thanks to Emma at the office.<br>I highly recommend Barnard Marcus for all letting and sales and also Yvette she is so unlike an estate agent which is quiet refreshing to say the least.

Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.<br><br>Hannah was equally professional and supportive. It was very reassuring to know that there was such a strong and dependable team behind the sale.<br><br>What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was simply another property transaction. Their approach was personal, caring and professional from beginning to end.<br><br>After everything involved in this sale, reaching completion was a huge relief. I am genuinely grateful to Charlotte and Hannah for the part they played in making that happen.<br><br>I am now dealing with another estate property matter, and if that property becomes available for sale in the future, I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus.<br><br>Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
