Communication was poor after 4 months of being on the market, lead to believe I would be kept up to date each Wednesday, that never happened and when the enquiries dropped off before Christmas I heard nothing until I took the property off the market.in April and to date after at least three weeks snd of asking the return of my spare key.Twice there was a problem with the person showing a client round,they knocked on the wrong door( they have a key) who was a elderly neighbour snd caused him to worry his flat was being sold and the second was they told a neighbour that the property was on the market as they were waiting for the.Client to turn up. That was my place to let any of them know if I wanted. Not great.!

I had a great experience with Abi at Barnard Marcus. She was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. From the start, she came across as genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions clearly and keeping me updated throughout.
Highly recommend the Ewell branch , will use again in the future.

I highly recommend Lauren McDowell at the Barnard Marcus, Putney High Street branch for her exceptional professionalism and wonderful personality. As an overseas landlord, I found her support absolutely invaluable. Lauren handled every stage with meticulous care, from putting the property on the market to finding the tenant.
She attended to every minute detail of the property rental rules and ensured the property was in excellent condition. Lauren acted as a flawless bridge, communicating between myself, the tenant, and the maintenance team. She was always available to answer any queries and her 'spot on' communication provided me with total peace of mind.
