Amazing services by the Putney Branch, Karim worked super hard with us, showed amazing professionalism and was always prompt with emails and calls. He made this transition go super smooth and it was a very easy buy with him helping us! He is an amazing agent; thank you Karim!

My impression is that none of the BM staff had any experience whatsoever - a very junior inexperienced team, lead by a very lacklustre, hands-off manager. It was clear very quickly they were not representing my house properly - which is the easiest house to sell! It's turnkey ready - presented as a show house in the most-sought after area, and on a private street. Yet i got not one viewing in 7 weeks! I had to re-write all the particulars - they missed ALL the sellable details! Because they were in breach of their own contract by going to market without my knowledge or permission, I was able to leave when they finally terminated the contract only after I brought in a litigator. Horrendous experience. Their contracts are also 20 weeks long! Stay away! Use a local, independent estate agent who cares about their reputation, knows the area, has a strong staff retention rate, employees who are homeowners and have gone through the buying/selling process themselves and want to do a great job.

We purchased our new house through Barnard with the help of Imogen and Kelly
They were friendly, informative and understood our needs, so didn't message us with irrelevant properties.

Nathan from Barnard Marcus Southfields has been great during my house purchase. I had a small amount of time in which to find a property and he made some great recommendations for me to consider and view. So much so, within 10 minutes of viewing one place, I knew the property was what I had been looking for. Nathan has been so helpful, efficient and communicative throughout. I had a positive experience with Barnard Marcus, specifically with Joey. He went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible.
I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. I could tell he truly cared about finding me a place and not just doing a job. he should get a raise.
