Barnard Marcus came through with the goods, on a property that was quite difficult to sell. I changed from a previous agency. They showed continuous commitment. Especially appreciate the communication responsiveness and proactive style of Alan Groom who was pivotal to moving things along.

I had a fantastic experience working with Alan throughout the purchase of my flat. After almost a full year of searching for a property, dealing with many different agencies and unfortunately going through several unsuccessful situations, it was such a relief to finally work with someone as supportive and collaborative as Alan.
From the very beginning he was incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying a property can be a stressful and complex process, but Alan was always available to guide me, provide updates and help move things forward whenever needed. His communication and dedication really made a difference.
Throughout the entire process I truly felt supported and in safe hands, which is something I hadn’t experienced with other agents during my search.

We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

My experience of Barnard Marcus sales working with Yvette White was that she is proactive and faster than other estate agents in getting your paperwork ready and your property on the market.
From start to finish, she gets things done. She kept the sale moving at every stage and did not let delays stall progress. When issues came up, she addressed them quickly and pushed for clear outcomes.
She coordinated closely with the solicitors and both parties, ensuring communication stayed focused and completion stayed on track.
Her persistence and drive made the process smoother and less stressful.

Great communication and straight forward process with this sales team. All are friendly and welcoming and had double the amount of viewings my other agent had. I managed to have an offer accepted within 3 weeks of going on the market. Highly recommend.
