We used Chestertons to find a home in London as a group of four students and had a great experience throughout. They guided us through the whole process and were consistently informative and responsive. Anya in particular was extremely helpful. She stayed in constant communication, helped us find and secure the property, and got the landlord's approval for us to use a guarantor service. Highly recommended, especially for students searching in London.

Charlotte Wilkinson at Chestertons has been brilliant on our existing rental. She was proactive and looked for different options when we were looking at repricing, re marketing and working closely with the existing tenant to ensure both parties were kept in the loop. I have a great experience working with St johns wood branch. The team is professional friendly and very easy to work with. Nothing is the problem for them. Relisted the property we had paid a holding deposit for without telling us (even though we had passed referencing). It’s been two weeks and they haven’t paid our holding deposit back to us.

We have had a wonderful experience with the Chestertons team. I would especially recommend Harry Shaw who is extremely efficient and goes above and beyond for his clients. The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client.
