Our experience with Chestertons? has been very positive throughout the process. The team has been professional, responsive, organised, and clear in their communication at every stage. It is refreshing to work with an agency that manages matters diligently while maintaining a fair and balanced approach between landlord and tenant interests.

I have rented a few flats in London and Bristol, and I can confidently say the service from Chesterstons was exceptional, particularly from Marco Caimi.
I was away during the process and had some circumstances which created quite a few issues. I think many estate agents would have simply told me it wasn't going to happen and would have proceeded with another tenant. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I could still secure the flat, which he really did not have to do.
Honestly, nothing but excellent. I couldn't recommend more!

I have been working with Eva from Chestertons Estate Agency during my property search, and I have been very grateful for all her support and help throughout the process.

Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress.
Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

Massive thanks to Josh Shelby (rentals)! He was responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Josh really listened to what I liked/disliked and consistently followed up with relevant properties and viewings over several weeks.
