I've been listing my property with Alina and her team for over 16 years. Always excellent tenants who often become friends and move on only when their circumstance change. The key is Chestertons Westminster & Pimlico listens to myself as a landlord - never talking over you as a landlord and accept that not every situation might suit what you are looking for. Five words that sum up their service, respectful, professional, resourceful, knowledgeable and consistent. They are with me for the "long game" in this property rollercoaster

We have been working closely
with Chesterton at their Clifton Road and St John’s Wood offices to rent a suitable property for the long term. Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. Searching for a suitable property to rent can be an onerous experience but Chesterton with the help of the two such exceptional professionals has made this process a delightfully pleasant experience. Very well done indeed !

Being in property professional services myself, I am always grateful for feedback about my firm and it’s staff.
My wife and I have been looking to buy an apartment in South Kensington / Chelsea since Christmas and have therefore been exposed to your teams.
I wanted to write to commend the way in which we have been dealt with by Harry Shaw and Felicity Curran. They are fantastic and a real credit to Chestertons and your brand.
We had a regrettable failed attempt at buying one property but all those dealings were dealt with extremely professionally by Harry.
We are now on track with our purchase of another and we have very much enjoyed dealing with the charming, Felicity.
They are great individuals and deserve to get good feedback.

I have been a Relocation agent for 17yrs and I first met Ronan Rigney approx. 7yrs ago and from the very 1st day I knew that he was, and is to this day one of the most outstanding agents I have ever dealt with! He has always gone above and beyond to accommodate timings and has without exception identified properties that matched my clients requirements. He is an absolute pleasure to be with and wonderfully honest! Personally I think he deserves 7 stars *******

Lenka runs a great lettings team. Her team have looked after me well for eight years finding suitable tenants and managing the property taking on all the responsibilities. When I came to sell the property, David found a buyer and helped make the process smooth. It all worked out well. If all estate agents were like Chestertons, St John's Wood, we would all be in a better place.

Throughout the purchase of our flat, Soraya J's help was invaluable. From the first viewing she was proactive, very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. We hit various issues - some small others potentially serious - during the course of the purchase but her ability to bring parties together to get answers and find information quickly which otherwise would have been really difficult was outstanding. Very highly recommended indeed. We couldn't have been in better hands.

I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress.
Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
