We had the pleasure of making James Deamer's acquaintance during our recent purchase of a cottage in Burley. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

Outstanding buying experience. Great viewings, lots of information and context on the property and area. They then proactively managed the process really smoothly and made the whole thing as easy as it can be. Would definitely use them again if I was ever to move.

Graham was the estate agent selling the property we purchased. Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.

Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth.
When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
