We had the pleasure of making James Deamer's acquaintance during our recent purchase of a cottage in Burley. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

Graham was the estate agent selling the property we purchased. Huge thanks to Richard, Elliot and Rachele, who are all deserving of praise for their help in getting our sale over the line. Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.

Really excellent service. Staff very friendly, professional and above all honest. Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start.
Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful.
As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier.
Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact.

Fine and Country are always fantastic to work with- Chrissie, Natalie and Jasmine have great communication and this makes the process run as smoothly as possible. They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.
