I just had to leave a review to thank all of the team at Tailor Made for finding us the perfect property. Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. Really excellent service. Staff very friendly, professional and above all honest. Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start.
Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful.
As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier.
Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact.
