Craig was absolutely first class from start to finish. We were new to renting and he was always there, even on his day off ! to give advice and support. Moving was really stressful but massively helped by Craig’s can do attitude.

I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

I had a very positive experience with Fine & Country Lettings from start to finish.
Craig Pearce (Director of Lettings) was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Craig made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and seamless.

Thank you to Josh Hamilton-Fletcher at Tailor Made. When we had concerns that could have led us to pull out of a sale, Josh stepped in promptly and professionally. Lazy agents still using Covid system to make excuses of not showing people property’s for sale if yours is not on the market yet. Been told by other estate agents that any one who still uses these excuses or just plan lazy

Really excellent service. Staff very friendly, professional and above all honest. Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start.
Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful.
As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier.
Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact.
