Josh and Charlie were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They are extremely professional and yet so personable. We didn't have the easiest of house sale and yet they made it feel smooth and provided regular updates. They are fantastic estate agents and we would highly recommend using them. A big thank to Paula and her team at the Bishops Stortford office for all their help in selling our house. Everyone was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely friendly and supportive throughout our sale, which was at times challenging. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at F&C were nothing short of exceptional. I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. Marie’s remarkable work ethic
We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house.
We decided to go with a different agent.
We went with Marie from fine and Country
Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home .
She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time)
Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !!
We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low.
After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer!
Very happy and would recommend!

Fine and Country we’re absolutely exceptional in every way. Charlene and Alice were both welcoming, understanding, professional, helpful … the list goes on. We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!
