We had the pleasure of making James Deamer's acquaintance during our recent purchase of a cottage in Burley. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

Outstanding buying experience. Great viewings, lots of information and context on the property and area. They then proactively managed the process really smoothly and made the whole thing as easy as it can be. Would definitely use them again if I was ever to move.

Graham was the estate agent selling the property we purchased. We found him really down to earth, approachable and understanding.<br><br>He supported us throughout the process, being the conduit between us and our seller, even more so than their solicitor.<br><br>We really appreciated both his and Lauren’s support.

Huge thanks to Richard, Elliot and Rachele, who are all deserving of praise for their help in getting our sale over the line. Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.

Marie’s remarkable work ethic
We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house.
We decided to go with a different agent.
We went with Marie from fine and Country
Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home .
She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time)
Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !!
We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed.
