We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed.
Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested.
Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home???
Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a property through Fine and Country. We were not the easiest clients with tons of questions and multiple requests. Debbie was amazing to deal with, answering every question and giving some great advice along the way. A huge thank you Debbie!! We wouldn’t have the home of our dreams if it wasn’t for you.

Really excellent service. Staff very friendly, professional and above all honest. Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

Instructed Elizabeth Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine from Rugby F&C to sell our property.
They were fantastic from start to finish and always responded quickly to queries and problems caused by our difficult buyers even at the weekends.
I’m pretty sure without their professionalism and knowledge we wouldn’t have completed our sale.
I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if I sell in the future.

We could not be happier with Fine & Country. Terry Robinson has been brilliant. Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.
