Josh and Charlie were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They are extremely professional and yet so personable. We didn't have the easiest of house sale and yet they made it feel smooth and provided regular updates. They are fantastic estate agents and we would highly recommend using them. The team at F&C were nothing short of exceptional. I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
