We had the pleasure of making James Deamer's acquaintance during our recent purchase of a cottage in Burley. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

Outstanding buying experience. Great viewings, lots of information and context on the property and area. They then proactively managed the process really smoothly and made the whole thing as easy as it can be. Would definitely use them again if I was ever to move.

Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.

This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
