Craig was absolutely first class from start to finish. We were new to renting and he was always there, even on his day off ! to give advice and support. Moving was really stressful but massively helped by Craig’s can do attitude.

I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

I had a very positive experience with Fine & Country Lettings from start to finish.
Craig Pearce (Director of Lettings) was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Lazy agents still using Covid system to make excuses of not showing people property’s for sale if yours is not on the market yet. Been told by other estate agents that any one who still uses these excuses or just plan lazy

My experience with Fine and Country is that this company are top notch. Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process. I must give a special mention to Alison who without her help with printing and form filling I would have drowned. I heartedly recommend Fine and Country.
