Great from start to finish. We met with several local Estate Agents and had differing valuations. We wanted to sell our house without overvaluing it and then having to reduce the price as the sale was taking too long for our liking. Gascoigne Halman got the asking price about right. After enough viewings gave us our buyer the follow up on the whole of the chain by Gascoigne Halman was spot on. They knew more about the big picture than anyone else. The general liaison with all their staff was very good, from the initial valuation meeting through to the eventual completion of the sale.

We recently sold our house in Alderley Edge through Gascogne Holman and were hugely impressed with the team. Richard, the branch manager, was exceptional — he clearly loved the house and had the confidence to value it higher than the other agents, and he was proved absolutely right. He was proactive, thorough and incredibly responsive, leaving no stone unturned in finding a buyer at a difficult time. Lesley-Ann was equally professional and proactive, keeping everything moving when the process was in danger of stalling. Both went above and beyond and treated us as though we were their only clients. A genuinely great team — highly recommended.

We have just sold our house with Gascoigne Halman and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Great Service.
