Great experience!
I have just rented a one-bedroom property here. What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries I had. I’m really happy with my new home and the service provided.

Had a great experience with this letting agency, Alexia showed me around the property and was very friendly and helpful. Holly has been quick and efficient to get everything sorted and she has done smoothly without any issues, I’m amazed it only took 2 days from visiting the property to having all of the paper work done and I got to chose what date would work best for me to move in. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)

Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

I had a really great experience with Mann Lettings in Canterbury, especially with Jazmyn.
Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, even within a very short time frame. Jazmyn was incredibly helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout the entire process, which made a stressful move feel much smoother.
