I have recently sold a property with Martin and Co. I cannot speak more highly of Shehzad. From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.

I tried to view an apartment twice, and both times were a complete waste of my time:<br>First visit: The agent showed up, but the keys didn't work.<br>Second visit: They mistakenly booked me for two different time slots on the same day. I emailed them clearly to confirm one and cancel the other. When I arrived at the location, nobody showed up. I called, and they claimed the other slot was the active one in their system (which was 1.5 hours later).<br>The final attempt: I agreed to wait and came back for the other slot, arriving just 7 minutes late. I called them while I’m front of the building, they told me the agent was already inside and coming down—yet no one ever showed up.<br>To top it all off, I sent an official email detailing all of this, and I haven't even received a reply. Utterly unprofessional management and zero respect for clients' time.
