I have recently sold a property with Martin and Co. I cannot speak more highly of Shehzad. From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.

Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

Mandy was fab from start to finish - always keeping us updated, happy to answer any questions we had & was on the ball with everything. Beth, Karl and the team where brilliant! They helped us through every step of the process, kept us informed but weren't too intense either.<br><br>Beth worked so hard to get our sell and buy through, and I truly believe she was instrumental to bringing the process to a close quicker than we expected it to be.<br><br>They are professional, but also kind and sympathetic to the stresses of moving. The team have invaluable knowledge and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving!
