Martin & Co were the agents for my recent move. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to their excellent professional standards. In particular, Kyra Smith was the agent who helped me with the move, and I really appreciated how her responses were always prompt and helpful, on top of being both friendly and professional at all stages of the process. This made things much easier than they otherwise could have been and I really appreciated the effort made to provide a high standard of support.

Kyra was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process of applying and organising the move. Also very accommodating for us needing to pick the keys up a later date, which was lovely!

really poor communication from harry, couldn’t answer basic questions and raised the rent by 100 a month because they changed the carpets and painted the walls lol

Sue, Paul and team at Martin & Co have provided a fantastic service from valuation through to completion. Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

We have had an excellent experience renting a property through Martin and Co for the last two years. Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

From the inital arranging of a viewing to the move in - every step of the process was a breeze. Martin & Co make use of an easy to navigate portal where you can submit all the required documents for referencing online, at your own pace which honestly made the whole process so much less stressful for me.<br><br>Looking forward to many happy years renting through Martin & Co.
