We work closely with Martin & Co's Property Management Team to complete decorating and maintenance works across their managed portfolio. Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.

Moved to Martin & Co Truro when the previous agent selling my flat left much to be desired.
Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!

Simply brilliant. The team are amazing; friendly, knowledgeable and they have excellent communication. Kept me informed the entire journey. Which really helped with all the new home anxieties. Moving is always stressful but they made the whole process so easy and ultimately exciting. Cannot recommend them enough.

Both the letting and sales teams were amazing the whole way through. Plenty of communication throughout and advice where required. Even had home deliveries on some occasions!
