I had a really positive experience with Martin & Co Camberley.
Emily and Chantal were very friendly and helpful during the viewings, making everything feel relaxed and easy.
Louis Mundy then took over the tenancy process and handled everything smoothly and efficiently through to move-in.
The whole experience felt well organised and straightforward, and I really appreciated the support from the team.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would happily recommend their services. I also hope that any future questions or matters will be handled with the same level of professionalism.

The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week.
Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

I would highly recommend Martin & Co, the photos, with the 360 view of each room and descriptions were very impressive in advertising my property. I am sure this contributed to a significant amount of viewings and an offer being put in after two weeks. David and his team kept me informed throughout the journey. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I have no issue with Martins. They did their best in a static market. Wouldn’t it be nice if Estate Agents were prepared to give an honest appraisal of the market activity!!! Roll on the departure of Rachel from Accounts.

When i put my property up with Martin & Co. In Kingston. I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Martins & Co over the past few years.
Lucinda has been fantastic in managing the property—she’s always quick to respond, helpful with any queries or repairs, and makes everything feel straightforward and well taken care of.
Rosemary was also brilliant when we first rented the flat. She made the whole process smooth and efficient, and everything was sorted much quicker than we expected, which really helped take the stress out of moving.
Overall, a professional and reliable team that we’ve felt comfortable with throughout—thank you both!
