Moved to Martin & Co Truro when the previous agent selling my flat left much to be desired.
Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!

I have no issue with Martins. They did their best in a static market. Wouldn’t it be nice if Estate Agents were prepared to give an honest appraisal of the market activity!!! Roll on the departure of Rachel from Accounts.

When i put my property up with Martin & Co. In Kingston. I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

I was very impressed by the professional and efficient sale of my house. Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!
