Martin & Co were the agents for my recent move. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to their excellent professional standards. In particular, Kyra Smith was the agent who helped me with the move, and I really appreciated how her responses were always prompt and helpful, on top of being both friendly and professional at all stages of the process. This made things much easier than they otherwise could have been and I really appreciated the effort made to provide a high standard of support.

really poor communication from harry, couldn’t answer basic questions and raised the rent by 100 a month because they changed the carpets and painted the walls lol

Leigh was amazing during the whole process of moving into my property, I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism she showed throughout! Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

Steve is absolutely amazing! He provided such a lovely and personal service. We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all
