They were very good at communicating with regard to viewings and feedback. The valuation might have been too generous but very good at assessing data as to the number of people have viewed the property online.

Martin & Co have been fabulous. So easy to deal with and very professional. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

Steve is absolutely amazing! He provided such a lovely and personal service. We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

Rude.<br><br>In response to your message, no it was directed at Martin and Co. To add we're 2 weeks off not having a wet room for two months. So all in all I'd say shabby service all around. Maybe don't respond to comments jumping the gun ay.

Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all
