Our experience with Lenka, the lettings negotiator, was very positive. She was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Amazing to deal with. I am a renter and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of staff. They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. I would recommend Northwood above any other letting agent!!!

Steve, at Northwood, was an enormous help in me obtaining this tenancy. His colleagues were also very helpful with any questions I had. Importantly, all the conditions were clearly explained to me and on completion of the tenancy, my deposit was returned very quickly.

The team at Northwood and Phil in particular have been absolutely class from start to finish. His knowledge of the market, and proactive approach made the whole process smooth and stress free for us.
