Amazing to deal with. I am a renter and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of staff. They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. I would recommend Northwood above any other letting agent!!!

I have been renting with Northwood for almost 3 years now and the customer service has been fantastic. In particular, Liam Percival, as property manager. He is always very responsive and any issues to do with the flat are sorted without delay. Highly recommend!

Northwood were nothing but professional, helpful, reassuring, and personable when arranging our move into our new home. Moving can be a stressful experience, but Northwood answered our queries promptly and gave all the relevant, helpful information we needed. George Dow, in particular, was extremely friendly and knew the answers to all of our questions when viewing the property. We even had a little care package for us when we collected the keys, which was a lovely touch!
