We all know moving home can be so stressful, selling my house through RMS in Fenham definitely relieved some of that stress. From the initial valuation through to completion, I was guided every step of the way.
I am a complete luddite when it comes to online form filling, so probably saw more of the gang than your average customer ( me and Dylan should be exchanging Christmas cards!) My numerous queries, however trivial, were answered quickly and efficiently, by whichever member of the team that was unfortunate enough to take my call.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Fenham branch 100%, can't thank the team enough for all their help.

I recently bought my first house via the Fenham RMS team. From the moment I walked in to discuss potentially buying the house to going in to get my house keys the team has been an absolute delight to work with. They all made me feel very welcome. Matthew dealt with most of my house purchase, he was an absolute pleasure to work with! He held my hand through the whole process like a brother and constantly reassured me as I was getting very stressed due to the purchase being a little complicated. Matthew kept my sane throughout the whole process and I couldn’t thank him enough! I would 1000000% recommend the Fenham team to any of my friends and family that would be interested in buying a house in the near future! Thanks a lot guys!

Cannot recommend Rook Matthews Sayer highly enough. From our first encounter to the last everyone was so friendly and very professional. They always took the time to explain everything to us and we always felt we could call them at anytime. They really are premier league and without doubt made the process less stressful than it otherwise would have been.

All the staff at RMS Ryton were brilliant. There was no jargin just a friendly and professional approach to everything. They were very responsive and happy to help with anything. I would definitely recommend using them as your estate agents!

They are nice people to deal with but their overall approach can only be described as passive. I made the running on price reduction and they just complied. Communication was poor . I had to chase them to get the result of a viewing. Overall, a wasted year.

"The girls at Rms Amble score a hat trick", cant thank the girls enough for selling our last 3 houses to the first viewers each time,previously weve purchased 2 from RMS & recieved an outstanding service,so if your looking to buy in the north east or sell, this is company you need!
