We received an exemplary service from Savills. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.
What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Mason, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.
Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.
We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!

Sadly too much paper work and undue stress. Already a stressful time after a house flood and this agency just made life difficult of a very simple situation. Would not recommend. Waste of time and stress

From the very first contact with Rohan for the valuation of our home to the eventual sale & completion we found every member of the Savills team to be exceptional. The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly.
