Until very very recently. I would have stood by the truth that I don’t like estate agents, that they are a necessary evil.
But. Hand on heart. Nick @ Winkworth N16 has converted me. He never once dropped the ball, always first with a wise, helpful, useful suggestion. Nick (and his team no doubt) made a very stressful process feel supported. Honestly, I really like the guy. Which now means, that there is, in this world, an estate agent that i really like.

Winkworths and particularly Nick have been amazing through out. Very professional and polite. Nick has been so ‘on it’ in chasing all sides to keep the sale of my property moving. His communication is second to none and his regular updates and queries were always much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Winkworths Stoke Newington if you want your home to sell smoothly and feel genuinely supported through this stressful process :) - many thanks Nick and the rest of the Winkworths team!

We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt.
Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value.
Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic.
We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour.
I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. Fair fees, excellent communication and genuinely great and knowledgeable agents. Thank you both so much.

The brief was - ‘our forever home’ and Winkworth Highcliffe absolutely delivered. Harvey & Mike were exceptional; keeping us updated and informed whilst being friendly & professional throughout. We have absolutely found our forever home and that is down to the guys at Winkworth.

I want to personally thank Anna and Michael for assisting us with the purchase of our gorgeous forever home. We were in a chain selling my partner’s flat, and Winkworth communicated well with our solicitors and the estate agent we used to sell the flat. We managed to complete in a really short timespan considering we were in a chain. A stress free and quick process. Highly recommend. If we sell our home in the future Winkworth will be at the top of our list

Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
