The current housing market is in a tricky situation with the on-going Middle-East war and with uncertain economic future, resulting in becoming a Buyers' housing market. Under the circumstance it was difficult to value or to determining reasonable or realistic Asking price. After some trial and error, the correct asking price, though below the current market price, was established. Having bought the house some twenty-five years earlier, it wasn't all that difficult for the reduction of asking price. Throughout the process, Winkworth communication and advising efforts were efficiently performed. Perhaps, the Selling Estate Agents are also in the re-learning process of the current market situation. It is likely that any sellers who have bought recently, say within five-six years earlier would have difficulties in recovering the original cost price!

I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our new house through Winkworth. Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
