They were not very proactive,, also sent sellers who were not very interested in the property in the first place. Just didn’t think they had my best interest at heart.
Seemed to really sell their ‘selling points’ to me prior to marketing but then not do any more.

Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr.
While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate.
All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B.
When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three.
The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up.
All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence.
I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate.

I recently sold my house through Your Move Dunfermline. As it was the first property I had ever sold, I had countless questions throughout the process.
Suzanne and Eilidh were always available to help, whether by text message, email, or phone call, and they kept us updated every step of the way. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my questions.
Overall, the experience was both professional and personal, with me feeling well supported from start to finish. They both demonstrated their vast knowledge with the ever changing market which ultimately lead to an acceptable offer on my property.

I found all members of Staff at this branch of Your Move to be helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. David Fotheringham, their Letting Manager, was exceptional. David found the ideal property for us to rent. He made himself available for us and insured our calls were returned promptly. David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and concisely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a property, or indeed rent one. Well done to all, especially David.

Fantastic service from every member of Staff .Very professional and prompt service with loads of help and guidance through the process .With special mention to Stewart who did an amazing job with the work needing done to get the house on the market .The photography was brilliant and Stewarts video was simply amazing.
Alison also has done a great job for us keeping us up to date and Caroline for organizing all the viewings .Thank you all so much for the present of your fantastic new home gift box .
