They were not very proactive,, also sent sellers who were not very interested in the property in the first place. Just didn’t think they had my best interest at heart.
Seemed to really sell their ‘selling points’ to me prior to marketing but then not do any more.

Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr.
While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate.
All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B.
When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three.
The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up.
All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence.
I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate.

We used You Move to advertise and sell our parents home of 62 years. Lorna was especially kind, supportive and knowledgeable. She was easy to contact and kept in touch throughout the process. We had lots of viewings and Katie looked after that brilliantly. The whole team were wonderful.

Craig was very helpful from the point of contact when I had to find a new place quickly. After the very first visit he found me an ideal property on terms of both location for work and family commitments along with a good price, travel access and local amenities. Craig has continued to be a great help and asset, on terms of contact for any maintenance or routine visits as well as guidance during the initial steps of the process.
