They responded to all mails/calls almost instantly, kept me informed of next steps and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Based on this level of service, I'd recommend RA Bennett & Partners to anybody looking to rent property in the Birmingham area. Faultless!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)They did not sell my property. The only reason that I have put a sold date in is that the GetAgent system does not allow me to proceed unless a date is put in. My experience with Maguire Jackson is that although they were highly recommended by Get Agent and they came back with an valuation which I thought was reasonable (ie it was not the highest valuation I received) they did not manage to sell the property in possibly one of the most busiest periods in property sales for the last 10 years. Initially they were very hands on and I had lots of contact however when it didn't sell in the first few weeks it was almost as if they lost interest. I had several calls chasing them and they agreed to do a "once a week" update, however again after the couple of weeks that too stopped. If your property initially generates a lot of interest and there are offers then I guess they may well be competent agency, however if it requires them to put some effort into selling it then I would recommend looking around

28th Mar 2019 (5 years ago)The owner of this letting agent literally assaulted me and my friend when we went in to complain about a faulty dishwasher in his flat a few years back. Also, when he moved out of that flat it took them almost a year to pay them back his deposit - they made absolutely no attempt to pay to to him until he literally went in to force them to do it, with the threat of legal action. AVOID!!!!

Whenever I've popped into their office, it's been a friendly and welcoming environment. I recently bought my first property through them and I'm definitely looking forward to doing more business with them. I highly recommend their services!

14th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Pretty un-reliable, unfortunately. Hard to reach and sends conflicting messages. My Experience - He advised that to book an apartment we saw that day I just needed to send my request via email, I did the same day, no response. I tried to reach him over the next few days un-succesfully. - He eventually called back to advise that the landlord was on holiday but there was no issues with me taking the apartment, said he'll call back. He Didn't. - I Eventually managed to reach him (again), said he was speaking with the landlord and promised to call back in 20 minutes. Writting this review 3 weeks later, he hasn't called back. My Conclusion He and the landlord pull applications over the space of 2-4 weeks, then decide on who should get the apartment based on their preferences. If he had told me this upfront that would have been perfectly fine, and I wouldn't have waited around for a few weeks thinking I had an apartment. Rather un-proffesional.

27th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
28th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
