7th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Communication from Oakmans from all concerned has been excellent. We live outside the UK, but Oakmans managed to gain access to the property and show potential buyers around with no fuss. Their valuation proved to be more accurate and optimistic than other agents that we tried, so we ended up with a good offer. Their fee was also the best that we were offered.

15th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)All the people I dealt with were friendly and professional, helpful, realistic and down to earth. I was always kept in the loop about what was happening and emailed confirming any important events - e.g. viewing bookings, offers. I was really impressed with the photographs taken of my house.

12th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We were very fortunate to have found Davidsons Estate Agents last year and we hired them to rent out our property in Birmingham City Centre after which I engaged them to sell the property. The property manager Johnathan Smith has done an excellent job less than 2 months we have a buyer and are happy with the price he has achieved. I would highly recommend both the rental and sales aspects of their business Sean Boyle. BEM.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.
29th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)We recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.
24th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Overall a great team. 1st time renter so it was daunting not knowing what was the procedure. The agent put me at ease and guided me through the entire process. Was very efficient with no stress. I was updated throughout and presented with a nice gift upon completion. I certainly would recommend.
30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!
19th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I rented a house from them, everything was fine, but after a year, mold and a damp smell appeared in the house. I turned to them, and they said that they would solve this problem themselves, although this is their task. As a result, we decided to just move out and found another house. Fortunately, at least the deposit was returned.
23rd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Encasa team to anyone . Maisy was very helpful and had great communication from arranging a viewing to getting the keys to my New Home. As a first time buyer she made the whole process a lot easier and very positive experience.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Scammers they told me they will give me contract and after 6 months they told me to move out from the property without any notice. At eh end is harassing an woman with two kids and asking for money. There is an Indian agent named Gurdip Singh racist. Harassing a woman with emails after 1 year. Do not ever believe this racist person. And also she asked them to provide with rent receipts but refused to do it . The woman ended up on the streets due to the situation.
1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I had a very easy-going and straightforward letting experience with Amber Court Lettings. The communication was fast, clear, and very accommodating to my time limitations. Both Charlotte and Matt were great and I'd highly recommend Amber Court Lettings for other tenants!
24th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service
5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
