17th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.- 4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Always friendly and persisted to get me a sale for my asking price despite multiple set backs.

2nd Jul 2023 (1 year ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn

It's was no trouble, would go out of there way to give me time to adjust to changes. Over 30 years since I sold a house. Things have changed and a lot more high tec. Don't let that put you off! It's easy from this side.

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
