24th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)Had to chase up for feedback after every viewing; it was never provided unprompted. Had to chase twice when floorplan was wrong on Rightmove. Had to ask multiple times (and appeared to be ignored) when at end of the contract I asked for our property to be taken off the market. Property not sold by end of contract and switched to an alternative estate agent.

From the first viewing to securing a new buyer after our initial sale fell through, the entire team - Dominique, Lara, Matthew and Mitchell - was incredible. They handled a whirlwind of activity with calm, professionalism, and a genuinely supportive approach. We’d already taken the leap of buying before selling (never again!) and were under an extremely tight deadline, but their experience and reassurance made all the difference. They kept things moving, kept us sane, and somehow even made it enjoyable. It might have been just another day at the office for them, but it was a hugely emotional milestone for us - and we’re so grateful we had them in our corner. Thank you all so much. Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
29th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
22nd Feb 2023 (2 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! Thanks so much to the whole team who played a part in this next chapter for us! Highly recommend this Estate Agents who always had our best interests at heart.
13th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Worst estate agent I’ve had in 4 years of uni. Impossible to get a prompt response to issues. Without a washing machine for 2 weeks and with the blocked pipe it ruined a load of clothes and overflowed all over the kitchen. Oven wasn’t working for 1 month. No compensation offered. Then tried to claim roughly 300 per person from deposit for cleaning an oven (which hadn’t worked for the last month) and a few things left behind. Mould all over the house, estate agents were a nightmare to deal with and so was the landlord. Avoid at all costs.

Communication was excellent contacted Jayne with couple of questions late afternoon, received an email before the office closed and the answers within an hour of the office opening. Found Aspire to be excellent company.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.

15th Nov 2024 (22 weeks ago)Hannah liaised with buyers and solicitors during my house sale. Challenging to say the least with a long chain, I was kept in the loop with regular updates. During the last few weeks when the exchange date kept being pushed further and further out, Hannah was incredibly helpful. She used an email chain with updates on everyone in the chain taking a lot of the uncertainty out of it, while also very friendly and reassuring on the phone. Thank you so much!
