To Ian Watkins we are not just a house number, he knows us by name The day of moving in we were given a gift box with lovely treats and a small concern about the house was dealt with quickly and efficiently. 29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
22nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

Their patience, wealth of information, and constant support eased what could have been a stressful process. Their professionalism, combined with their friendly manner, made working with them a pleasure. We are so grateful for their help and look forward to working with King and Chasemore again when it's time to sell. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were unlike any estate agents we've used in the past.

Despite Lextons representing the Vendors our interactions with Josh and Tara were always met with professionalism and fairness. They both persevered throughout the process to ensure a positive outcome for their clients and ourselves as the buyers. Throughout the process they were both effective communicators and resilient with challenges which they worked towards overcoming. We would consider using Lextons as our agents should we be looking to sell our current property in the future. Thanks Josh and Tara.

I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office.
