Everything felt very joint up, from the prompt feedback on each viewing, contact with third parties, to the telephone communication with each individual in the team. From the first viewing to securing a new buyer after our initial sale fell through, the entire team - Dominique, Lara, Matthew and Mitchell - was incredible. They handled a whirlwind of activity with calm, professionalism, and a genuinely supportive approach. We’d already taken the leap of buying before selling (never again!) and were under an extremely tight deadline, but their experience and reassurance made all the difference. They kept things moving, kept us sane, and somehow even made it enjoyable. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

Steve was proactive in reaching out to us to offer his services, took us through the application process quickly and efficiently and was in touch and helpful throughout (despite us being, as first time buyers, stressed and finding the process wonderfully opaque). Purchase still ongoing but would recommend Steve any time!

Thoroughly professional, straightforward and empathetic, he carefully advised us and was thorough and practical about what had to be done. From probate valuation to sale completion, we cannot fault anything he and his staff have done! Very pleased indeed!

She’d send me messages often asking how the sale was going and would offer to communicate with the sellers or solicitors when we hadn’t heard news. I felt like she really cared for our process and helped the whole experience to be very enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Foster & Co to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Even though there were many complications, this team remained professional and very helpful to both us and the vendor throughout. I definitely recommned buying from them.

1st Sep 2024 (10 mo. ago)My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.
