27th Sep 2019 (4 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.

25th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Very professional and efficient. I saw the property ad on Sunday, sent them an email and on Tuesday morning we had the viewing. Everything went well, Dee was very friendly and helpful :)

Chose them because of the great coverage they have with many offices in the region. We had lots of viewings very quickly and secured a credible buyer faster than we anticipated. Overall we would happily recommend JDM Petts Wood.
23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Before choosing the Estate Agent to go with, I did a bit of research and what I have read about James was absolutely fantastic. I must say, the care that James put in his job is absolutely outstanding. He literally shows passion through his work. The pictures he took of my property were the best compared to other Estate Agent. Moreover what I have very much appreciated about James it has been his openness and transparency regarding the market possibilities and the actual valuation of the flat. Thank you James for your hard work!
4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have had a very good service so far with the tenants recommended by the agency. The tenants are delaying the rental payment though every month which is starting to add a significant amount of anxiety. Hoping the agency helps resolve this. I will update the status here. Update 27-Jan: No commitment from tenants on when the failed rental payment will be paid and agency has not been able to get a concrete answer. Starting to cause severe stress as a landlord. I hope the agency resolves the issue. Update 04-Mar: Rent is being defaulted again. Financial and mental stress continues over multiple months.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
