2nd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Have they gone out of business? Not answering phone and not returning messages. Tried to book a viewing with them about a week ago and still not confirmed

He ensured the property is arranged and made to suite our request. Right from the day of viewing to the day we received our keys, the communication was top notch ???????? 5th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive

Not only did he match us with our perfect home, but he also introduced us to a wonderful landlord. Every step of the way, from initial viewings to the referencing process and finally taking over the property, was incredibly smooth thanks to Martin's team expertise and attention to detail. Communication was seamless, kept informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always in the loop. The entire experience was a testament to the agency's dedication to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend Victor Chandler to anyone in search of a rental/selling/buying property, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you, Martin, and the entire team, for making our transition into our new home such a positive experience!

While managing my rental they were supportive and kept me informed, acting promptly when necessary. Friendly helpful service every time I contacted them. Honesty and good advice when subsequently selling said property. Excellent job everyone and a big thank you again.

They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.

All my requests and very minor issues raised has been answered in a very timely manner which is extremely appreciated. Not only is the team very professional, they're also very polite and friendly which goes along way. As a whole my experience has been excellent. Keep up the great work!

Elaine has always looked after me, got things fixed when needed on time as promised and has been very flexible and accommodating to me and my family. Matthew acted extremley quickly with putting our house on the market and advised us well throughout the process. Homezone have great knowledge and experience in the industry and this showed when we needed their guidance. Sam and Denise are both great in the office and were also very helpful with great communication. We highly recommend Homezone to anyone

27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We were recommended to Maison and have to say had slight reservations about the performance of an on line agent but OMG how wrong we were Damian and Zac where totally amazing contactable all the time, always came back to us if we called and left a message, handled everything promptly and sorted out any problems as they came along. I've been trying to book a viewing for a few days now and told each time that the team are out of the office. I stated as much to them directly and politely. Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.
