5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

16th Nov 2024 (19 days ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

30th Aug 2024 (14 weeks ago)We found Jack very friendly and helpful. he was the one who took us on a viewing. We had quite a few viewings on that day and he was very patient with us. Also there was quite a few problems near the end and if you hadn’t been for Matt going above and beyond, we would not be moving next week.

29th Jun 2024 (23 weeks ago)Our experience is from the Rental Agency part of this business. From our perspective I really hope they train their staff better. Our experience was not good. Most/all of the problems were avoidable and reflected either a lack for training or a careless approach to the legitimate needs of their tenant. At this time the Landlord, no matter how bad they behave, is king. We won't be coming back as a customer (either in a rental or purchasing form). It would be nice if they would learn from this experience. We did!!!! In our case the training cost us hard cash!!!

She was friendly and professional and put us at our ease straight away. Questions throughout the process were answered in a timely fashion. Picking up the keys was hassle free and efficiently done. Thoroughly recommend- 3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)exceptional so far ! a one stop shop - from house clearance to gardening to cleaning . All their recommendations for those services facilitating the sale so far have been great.
2nd Aug 2024 (18 weeks ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

We fell in love with a property and without Tom's hard work and efforts we probably wouldn't have got it! Although the sale is now going through Tom is still very much involved and keeps us updated with everything we need to know. His communication is exceptional and he is always available on the phone. We would 100% recommend GTH and specifically Tom!
