27th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I cannot recommend Roffeys enough. My partner and I have been looking for a flat for months now and we went to pretty much all renting agencies in Waltham abbey. All of them told us there was nothing available until we luckily went to Roffeys. We met Charlotte, who is such a kind and welcoming person. She offered us three options, we went for the second one and we will now be moving in soon. Very welcoming and helpful team! Thank you Charlotte and Katina.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

My property based in Buckhurst Hill was transferred to the Ongar office as the sales office closed in Buckhurst Hill. The manager did not even visit my property and showed very little interest! The property did not sell and is now being rented.

5th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Eventhough I am not their tenant yet, they are so friendly when dealing with enquiries. They don't make you feel like you're a loser because you don't qualify for the property. They will call you back as soon as you ask for details. I hope I can get a property to rent from them soon.
