They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.

A technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem professionally and efficiently. Everything is working perfectly again. Thank you for the fast and excellent service! ?????

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

After having a previous negative experience with a different letting agency, we were apprehensive that this was reflective of agencies in general. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
