26th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Glad I didn't have to proceed with a property and deal with Criena Erangey (supposedly the Director) as she called to confirm a viewing to which I had to cancel, missed her call but called back straight away to which she responded in an extremely rude manner as she was clearly upset over the cancellation. Have no idea why it would be taken personally to the point of her being insulting, stating accusations and then cutting the call. So glad to have dodged this bullet!

Despite the long complex chain which involved vendors moving out of area, I believe the communication and team work skills from CR helped us achieve our goal. I highly recommend using their services, the team were always readily available and worked hard no matter the request.

He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

They were always willing to help and visit the property when required making sure it was prepared for when viewers arrived. This is the second time we’ve used this agent and would highly recommend.

3rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We decided to sell our house with Anthony Martin as they were recommended to us, The process of selling was explained by Tarkan very well, Our property was on the market with photo's within a week , Our sales progressor Amelia was fantatic, she answered emails within the hour any time of day or evening and was very efficient with the phone calls and professional throughout, Amelia was on hand from the very start up to the point of us getting our keys for our new house. we never felt alone through this very stressful time, Thankyou Amelia, Tarkan and Joe you were all fantastic

Lisa gave us regular updates and chased solicitors for us. Lisa was always quick to respond to our emails even when she was out of office. We would be very happy to use Eden in the future.
