I found Robinson Michael & Jackson very professional. They have always answered my e-mails very quickly and constructively. I felt that they are working well as a team. If my main contact was away from the office, the others were still able to help me (they knew what was going on with my case). I always felt that they knew what they were doing and when we did not get any offers on our flat, they advised us to change the sale bracket and it worked. I felt that they are honest and love doing their job.
We haven't signed the sale contract yet but hopefully it will happen soon.
In the United States you can buy a home within five days; 30 years ago I managed to sell and buy in two months. Since then lots of measures have been implemented in England to speed up the sale of houses. This one took six months - but to be fair it was Covid delayed so the market first went into hibernation but sprang into life in early July but it still took three months from then. RMJ were satisfactory once there was some impetus towards the market improving.
I have just moved into a property to rent from Mann in Gravesend. The service I recieved was amazing, for a first time tenant with no knowledge of what I was doing, I felt at ease with Katie and Shelley. Everything from beginning to end was explained perfectly and simply. The whole process was also completed really quickly, whereas other companies in the area took the same amount of time just to return a phone call. I now have a lovely 2 bedroom house at a really competitive price and the service I recieved has left me confident. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a property to use this branch of the company.

Was recently asked to leave property after given a section 21.when I called the office one of the staff laughed at me down the phone!!
Please do not use the disgraceful agents. I lost half my deposit cos of excuses. If you have read this the and are still not sure look at other reviews, the more times they use section 21 the more money they make, any estate agent will tell you that’s what they do
Think about it, once your in the property they don’t earn any money so if they use section21 on you you have no choice but to leave and they can start the rip off program again
Your company is a disgrace and I will do what ever it takes to convince this community to stay clear of your awful company and awful disgraceful staff
Have received very good service from Sandersons since signing up with them 14 months ago. Opted for the fully managed service, when letting my property and glad I did. Have had some very challenging problems of late and my property manager (Jemma) has been extremely helpful in assisting me in dealing with these challenges, communicating with me on a regular basis to keep me up to date with developments and showing a strong determination in resolving the issues. Thoroughly recommend Sandersons on the service I have received to date.
Incapable of organising property management. Poorly managed and inefficient. To add insult to injury the level of arrogance is unforgivable. I wonder if they will try claiming that they have no record of me?
What great service. Peter and his colleagues at Century 21 really pulled out all the stops. Having sold our house really quickly everything seemed to grind to a halt. As these things do! However Peter kept on plugging away at the loose ends at the top and bottom of our chain. Then suddenly we were off! Fantastic and very professional service, he was even there on our moving day. Taking meter readings for us and the new owners. He even dealt with passing over the keys so we could get away to our new home. Really brilliant service. Thank you Peter. Shirley & Michael.
I viewed a flat at Charles street (2 weeks ago) put a cash offer in. To my amazement this has been sold 5000 less then the offer I put in??? Is this legal legislation to do this? I was told my offer was too low. Yet sold for 5000 less. Cannot get my head around this. Was the vendor informed of my offer, seem not, I'm sure.

I am currently renting a property from Dockside in Marina Heights...what an AWFUL company to deal with, they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag! The property is brilliant, unfortunately they couldn't seem to arrange for contracts to be issued, keys handed over, transfer of utilities, will only issue one key and electronic entry for the building despite it being a 2 bedroom property, and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my parking permit for the 'parking space which is included with the property'.
Try and get as much dealt with up front and if you can use a different agent for the property, do!
