27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Thanks to the team and especially Grace for the swift response and follow up on our washing machine issue. A new machine has been delivered and installed.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)They kept telling us to reduce our price
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely the worst.
Avoid at all cost.
Very unprofessional and they have a really hard time doing their job.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I would highly recommend McConnells! Lisa has been amazing. Lisa has gone out of her way to help with any questions or queries that we have had. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Excellent service!
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Staff at Chattertons was amazing with the sale of the property we have bought. They are friendly and kept us informed all the time.
After our sale, and when we were in the area afterwards, we went in to say hi, and they were so lovely. Smiley, warm people. Directed us to places of interest in the area, and we can't wait to explore the area.
Would recommend Chattertons!
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We are very happy renting our flat through Mann Sales and Letting Agents. The whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. Mia has been amazing, always quick to respond, helpful, and supportive whenever we had any questions. Thank you for providing such a great service. Highly recommended!
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Very happy with the service Kieran and staff kept us updated at all times highly recommend them if thinking of selling your property
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ryan and Michael were always extremely helpful and never kept me waiting for a reply. They were very professional and the valuation proved very accurate. I would 100% recommend Hunters for a flawless service.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Viewed houses with oranges and was very please with it, the lady (Kirsty Sullivan) was very patient with any questions. 10/10 would recommend to friend and family
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.

When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.
Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.
This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!
She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Steve and Charlotte were absolute superstars. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They made what was a very stressful journey soo much easier. Not only were they professional, insightful and helpful, they are just outright amazing!

I couldn’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend them a hundred times over!!
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)An all-round great experience.
From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.
Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.
Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!
Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.
Thank you all so much to the whole team.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Excellent service from Connells. Alex and Sarina were very supportive throughout the whole process, from finding a suitable tenant for my property to keeping me regularly updated. I really appreciate their help and professionalism and would highly recommend them.
25th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.

7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Matt throughout our first home purchase.

As first-time buyers, the whole process initially felt quite daunting, but Matt was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.

What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.

Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough — truly a 5-star service.

Thank you, Matt, for all your help and support!
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Luke has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of us finding our next home. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know, and made us feel at ease with any concerns we had. Thank you Luke!
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Highly recommend Greenleaf. Joe and Chris looked after the sale of my house with so much care and attention all the way through through the process. They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.
Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.- 16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Aidan and Taylor are the posterboys for efficiency and professionalism! From start to finish my experience with both of them has been pleasant and seamless. They’ve answered queries promptly, kept me in the loop and gone above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. I can’t recommend them enough!
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I was so impressed by Tom, Harvey and the team. Selling a property can be really stressful with bumps along the road but they were always on hand to speak and provide updates, and they were so friendly - I really valued their commitment to supporting me through the sale. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
