9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

13th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)We have recently sold our house through Hunters in Gravesend and we cannot fault the service we received throughout. Firstly the photos and videos that Michael took were of the highest quality. The video was so good that people could definitely zoom in and even see any minute cobwebs we had missed!! (whilst we cringed at this it did mean that any potential buyers could definitely see what the house was like in finite detail). Michael made sure that we were ready to market before going ahead and he talked us through the whole process. He priced the property to reflect the area, the work we had already done and any future work needed such as a new kitchen). We quickly received lots of viewings and a prompt offer. Michael and Ryan remained attentive throughout and kept us informed of developments. Unfortunately the first buyers lost their own buyer and the second buyer was unable to proceed (frustrating for us and Hunters - and added about £500 to our legal costs... but that's down to the English property system). Hunters quickly found us a third buyer and, again, kept us informed throughout. Michael, in particular, went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to help our buyer and ourselves, whilst keeping the rest of the chain's agents and legal representatives informed of progress. We can't thank Michael enough for everything he did to assist, and we also thank Ryan who also had a lot of input. Both were polite, respectful and hardworking and are an asset to Hunters. We hope not to have to go through this process again, but do highly recommend Hunters in Gravesend to any future sellers/buyers.

3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Do not use this letting agents if you want to keep your sanity. 6 months of MOULD in the property. My 20 year old sister rents from them and has had nothing but problems with mould and damp and they don’t care and are now threatening her saying she has to leave in 2 weeks or stay for the full tenancy in the disgusting property. She has had 6+ contractors in to view the mould because the landlord is to tight to pay for any works they just keep sending more people. They work with rogue landlords and do not care about there tenants. Carly Cleary is the one my sister has been dealing with, she lacks customer service and is threatening a 20 year old who is renting there first property still paying full rent. They are telling her she has to leave her furniture outside for 3 weeks and if it gets damaged or stolen it’s her problem for them to fix the issues. The council are involved and they are past the deadline for it to be fixed. Honestly appalling company and we will take it as far as we need to, no one should have to live in a property with this many issues, paying full rent and having to be home to let people on constantly it’s a joke!

Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Our own sale was extremely problematic to say the least, but you were always on top of everything relating to our sale and purchase and there is just no comparison in the wonderful service we received from you both and that of the agent we used to sell our home. Throughout the entire process we felt you really cared and all we can say is IF we ever had to do it again we would want you both by our sides. The communication and support we received from you was outstanding. You went above and beyond.

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.
