I found Robinson Michael & Jackson very professional. They have always answered my e-mails very quickly and constructively. I felt that they are working well as a team. If my main contact was away from the office, the others were still able to help me (they knew what was going on with my case). I always felt that they knew what they were doing and when we did not get any offers on our flat, they advised us to change the sale bracket and it worked. I felt that they are honest and love doing their job.
We haven't signed the sale contract yet but hopefully it will happen soon.
This is the first time i have dealt with your move gravesend and all i can say is wow !!! you really are " Simply the best " from start to finish i was treated with dignity respect and the professionalism was second to none. They are all top of there game , ...i never met any of the maintenance team above the office but there not forgotten they played a huge part in minor faults in my new home, and i recieved 1st class service ,but the front of house team were amazing ...truly amazing, " thankyou all " especially Simon, " ciara " wendy, sunny, debbie , joe and the lads whom are just ... always grafting away heads down. ...take my advice if you want 1st class service look no further ...buying ,selling or renting..your move will deliver on everything they promise ... seriously thankyou for my amazing home and making my dream come true

I gave one star only because there is no option for zero or even minus. By far this is one of the worst companies to deal with. I have placed an offer in September on chain free property and only just completed few days ago.
I did not have a good feeling from day one when went to their office to provide copy of my passport for money laundering.
There was a man who came to me and said “Hi, well done on securing the property I will introduce you to our broker to qualify you . They wanted to “qualify me” despite the fact that they have seen my AIP and proof of funds already. It transpired with the time that was the office manager Adrian. What a way to greet your customer?...
The mortgage broker did not give me much confidence with his knowledge and said he needs few days before giving me “best rates”. Few days later, he called and little do you know gave me some rates , but certainly not the best.
When I mentioned to the mortgage brokers what rates I am given already he said he can match those. Needless to say I thanked him for his time and continued dealing with other broker who gave me the best rates.
Yourmove – Gravesend never bothered to chase up , the sale with me and very likely the Vendor.
The only time we spoke after the sale was agreed was when I asked to see the property again because the tenant supposed to move out.
That is in October, and on the day off appointment they forgot about me that I am waiting at the property. I had to call them to ask if someone is coming over or not.
The lady Nicola ,was profoundly apologetic as her colleague fell ill unexpectedly so she had to fill in.
A call wouldn't go a miss so I don’t hover around for 30 min, again I had to call to see what is happening why is no one coming.
The property had tenants at the time when we viewed the property . The property was managed by Your move and when asked for the copy of gas certificate, they said they don't have it. The manager Adrian, decided to "reason with me", whilst talking to me in patronising manner by telling me that we are buying vacant property hence we don't need to see the Gas Safety. I re-iterated to Adrian that we need to see the old Gas Safety which their landlord should have , throughout the tenancy. It transpired that they can't show me one. On their check out report was showing that the CO2 alarm is not working , when questioned that again I was told that I am not buying with tenants , therefore I have no right to ask this question. After nearly 6 months of purchase , very rear contact with the company , initiated always by myself never by them they did have the cheek to ask me for my business. To top it up on the day of completion they did not have full set of keys , no fobs for the property . I understand it should be their Vendor responsibility, but how did they manage the property and moved in the tenant without full set of keys? Only using the code to the block. Very difficult for me to believe in that.
Clearly I will never ever do business with them again and would advice you to stay away from this company too.
I could write and write and tell you more about it … Still I hope you all got the idea by now.
P.S for the Vendor’s and the Landlords , the team did not sale the property . The property sold itself . For me was all about the figures, hence why I stayed around for 6 months . If it was for the service of Yourmove I would have given up on the 1st week .
The staffs were very patient and helpful. There was always someone to answer my calls or queries and respond effectively. Thank you so much for the ease and efficiency.
These estate agents have the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my whole lifetime. So rude and arrogant! They seem to have a nonchalant attitude towards their tenants issues and concerns. They will make you feel like they're doing you a favour when they’re meant to be offering you a service which you already pay for!! If you want to have a smooth and enjoyable experience renting a property I would strongly advise you steer well clear of these cowboys!!
Great Service and a wonderful team they have, was looking to rent a property, their letting’s manager Anne was really great, courteous and very helpful in showing me the property, defiantly recommend friends and family.
Offensive customer service from the Property manager. clearly i wasn't dressed in an elaborate or showy manner as such on arrival she concluded i couldn't afford the property. sad, you felt the need to judge someone before actually knowing them. i believe a credit check is usually done in place for this purpose. very poor service i received i must say. Please if you do decide to use this firm, make sure you are suited and booted. no tracksuits!
I have rented through Orange for nearly 2 years now and my experience with them has been fantastic. Our boiler broke down recently and they had contractors out immediately to rectify the problem. I would never rent through anyone else! Staff are friendly and welcoming in the office and nothing is too much trouble for Stacey, she always take time to speak with you.
horrible agency! please avoid! staff is nice at the beginning, however as soon as you sign a contract there will be no help, at the end of tenancy they will try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit! very unprofessional, not helpful, with no respect to customer. I've rented for many years with different agencies and Orange is the WORST!!!!
Better late than never for our review. What can I say. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was often immediate and as first time buyers we obviously had worries and concerns. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A fantastic team who have continued to stay in touch 6 months after buying, a lovely touch. Superb business, team and service, will use them when the time comes to move, if we move. Until then it’s 5/5 ??stars!

I cant recommend Wisdom estates highly enough! The customer service from start to finish was amazing with constant updates and messages always keeping me up to date as well as the teams knowledge and advice was second to none. Every call was answered or returned, every email returned, 100% honesty throughout.
Wisdom estates isn't like other estate agents as we had them all round before we came across wisdom. If you need a bit of extra support, are a bit inexperienced to selling or buying, have certain needs or requests or just need that bit more communication in order for you to progress quickly then Wisdom estates is the only agent you will get it from because the others you are just a number on their books whereas rob and his team make you feel like part of their family and really will look after you.
Thanks for all your help and support and we will hope to see you soon when we start looking for our buy to let purchase.
