At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.
