As a couple just starting on our house buying journey, it was great to have someone who was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.<br><br>He was happy to have a conversation and didn’t make us feel rushed or under any pressure. Toby made what could have been a nerve-wracking first viewing into a really positive and enjoyable experience. 29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Today we finally got the keys to our first home, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness shown to us throughout. He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted. Very professional and smart, looking forward to be working with the guys at acorn I feel they will take good care. Thank you Robert
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first viewing Mac showed professionalism and clear knowledge of the home. Even when we had issues with the chain Mac worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went through. The staff at Meldone Estates as are also very helpful and respond quickly to enquiries.
