15th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

The communication could have been a bit better and they could’ve been a bit more forth coming with feedback and an idea of how we things were progressing. Viewings overall were fine, except one agent was late to a viewing! Other than that we have been happy with the support and advice we recieved and would recommend them to others looking to buy.
4th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)Clyde Property were professional from start to finish. Their marketing knowledge and professional photos were superb which led to my first viewer making an offer! The property was sold within 2 days of being marketing.
3rd Nov 2023 (1 year ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

Enter Alison…and what a find.She sold it to the first viewer and all completed in 3 weeks. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received from all the team at Simple Approach and would not hesitate to to use them again.Thank you all so much.
8th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)We got in touch with two agents in Dundee and Slater Hogg and Howison were by far the best. Although our property was not high end the service we received was five star. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Staff were friendly and very efficient. My first meeting with Paul, the manager, was very positive and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend this company if you want first class service.

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

From start to finish, Shawn kept to his word regarding the timeline, which was crucial for me since I was working under a strict deadline. Shawn was not only reliable and efficient but also incredibly reassuring throughout the process. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity, making a potentially stressful experience much smoother. Thank you, Shawn, for your professionalism and support!

India Buildings, 86 Bell Street, Dundee, Angus India Buildings, 86 Bell Street, Dundee, Angus, DD1 1HN(352 reviews)21st Dec 2024 (18 weeks ago)I was happy with service and nice flat..I just want to make new tenant's aware that if you decide to leave flat early ie a week or two before your tenancy agreement ends and hand keys back early to Pavillion lets, you are still responsible for any electricity bill accrued after you have handed over keys over. I left flat almost 3 weeks early and handed keys back. I switched power off at mains and gave electric company my final reading and paid the final balance. Unknown to me a person from Pavillion came into flat after I had left the flat and switched the electric back on to heat the flat for the duration of my tenancy agreement. I then recieved another bill for £190 from Eon even though I was not in the flat at this time. I queried this and was informed that I was still responsible for this bill as I was still the tenancy holder until my notice of leaving had ended. All I'm saying is, if you leave the flat early DO NOT hand your keys in at this time and wait until your tenancy agreement ends before handing keys back as you will be charged for any electricity that is used after you have left the flat up until your tenancy agreement ends.

The team were great as well with great communication through the process . To us accepting an offer over valuation only 10 days later. Amazing. would highly recommend them to any one wishing to sell a property
