1st Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
11th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

We first spoke with Jimmy, who was really friendly and enthusiastic about the house.<br>I loved having the WhatsApp group chat to ask questions and get information. So much easier and faster than relaying information between lots of people one at a time!<br>We were always, and frequently, kept up to date with our house sale progression, which was very reassuring. Any queries we had were answered quickly.<br>Our house was under offer in 11 days, thanks to negotiations by the team.<br>We wouldn't hesitate to use RFRE again and would highly recommend their services ??????

Communication by email was always easy and efficient.
