Communication was good throughout from Ann, Stacey, Keighley and Emily, while Keith was very knowledgeable valuing the house. Nothing was an issue throughout and would highly recommend.

From first contact with Julie, we realised she understood our requirements and she has worked hard to keep us fully informed throughout the buying process. After acceptance of our offer, Jade’s advice has proved invaluable in guiding us through the following requirements of dealing with the offer and acceptance by the vendor. Both girls have been friendly, professional and treat us with total respect and understanding which has been invaluable for us. They are in my opinion an absolute credit to their profession. Thank you both for making this possible

The gentleman that helped me was called Jake and I cannot thank him enough for his patience and happy attitude, when the time comes I will most certainly be returning and hopefully he will be there as he really put the time and effort in to build up a rapport with me.

After 55 years in our home it was time to move on, a choice not taken lightly but the Staff were with us all the way. A very professional Firm whom I would recommend highly.

They were honest and up front the whole time, managing our expectations honestly and everything ran like clockwork. I couldn’t believe how fast everything ran from valuation to listing. In the end they got us an offer within a week. 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

22nd Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Application submitted following many phone calls issued to partner encouraging us to apply, application took time as we both work full time and commute. Once this was submitted, a pre tenancy agreement was released to us, alongside a request to secure application with weekly amount of rent (at risk of never seeing this money again) without landlord approval. We were advised the landlord would consider pets, however, kept us in limbo whilst others attended the property to view - landlord was holding out for an application without pets! Treated second best, will not consider this service in future.

Charlotte was very chatty, friendly and professional and was accurate with her valuation and we had an offer very quickly. The What’s App kept us informed of the process and we were very impressed with Louise in sales progression. She kept in touch regularly and was so supportive and proactive. We were impressed all round with Brunton and would definitely recommend.

20th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. Claire and Rob provided an efficient, pleasant and 'personal' advice and service throughout, and steered the sale through with little fuss. Thank you!!
